I am beyond satisfied with Iago and his team! They came by the office and in one day they added a wall and a door, without getting in the way of the office. They were fast, efficient, and did an impeccable job. It's like the wall has always been there. On top of that they have really great prices for top quality service.

Check our licenses before you let anyone into your home
Most remodeling horror stories start with an unlicensed contractor. Ours are public records with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, so you can verify them in two minutes.
Innov Builders works in partnership with Boston Best Construction (BBC). The Construction Supervisor License is a personal license held by Eduardo Muniz, who supervises all structural and permitted work on Innov Builders projects.
Backed by a 5-Year Workmanship Warranty, in writing. If something we built fails because of our work, we come back and fix it.
Public records, verifiable on Mass.gov by license number.
You Already Paid for That Space. Start Living in It.
Most North Shore homes have 600 to 1,200 square feet of basement sitting dark, cold and full of boxes. That is a family room, a guest suite or a home office you already own.
We handle the whole job, from moisture checks and permits to framing, electrical, drywall, ceilings, floors and trim, so the new space feels like the rest of your home, not like a basement.

Most full basement finishes in the North Shore land between $40,000 and $85,000, or roughly $45 to $120 per finished square foot. Smaller updates start around $15,000, and projects with a bathroom, bar or theater can pass $100,000. These are market estimates; your exact price comes in a free written estimate after we see the space.
Yes. Finishing a basement in Massachusetts requires a building permit, and electrical and plumbing work need their own permits and inspections. Bedrooms also need a proper egress window. As a registered HIC contractor, we pull the permits and schedule the inspections for you.
A typical full basement finish takes about 6 to 10 weeks of construction, plus 2 to 4 weeks for design and permits. Adding a bathroom or custom built-ins can extend the timeline. You get a written schedule before we start.
We check for moisture before we build. If there are signs of water, we recommend the fix first, then use moisture resistant materials such as rigid foam insulation against the foundation and waterproof flooring, so you are not closing walls over a problem.
Yes. We plan the drainage first. If the bathroom sits below the main sewer line, we install the right pump system so it works reliably, then finish it with the same tile and fixtures you would expect upstairs.
A drop ceiling keeps pipes, valves and wiring easy to reach and works well under low ductwork. A drywall ceiling looks cleaner and more like the rest of the house. Many homeowners mix both, and we help you choose based on your headroom and access needs.
It adds usable living space and makes your home more appealing to buyers. The exact return depends on your market and the level of finish, but a dry, permitted, well built lower level is one of the most practical ways to gain square footage without an addition.
